My background is in building structured, scalable learning and enablement systems. Across my work, I have designed onboarding, leadership-relevant tools, cohort experiences, and reinforcement systems that help teams apply better judgment and operate more consistently. One theme across a lot of my programs is that leaders were often the first audience, so I got very comfortable facilitating with them, gathering real-time feedback, and refining the experience before scaling it more broadly.
