My work focuses on helping organizations operate clearly and consistently. I design governance frameworks, learning systems, and operational structures that align people, process, and performance.

I began my career in film and broadcast production, working in environments where timing, narrative clarity, and disciplined execution were essential. That experience shaped how I approach organizational communication and stakeholder alignment.

I later transitioned into education as a credentialed California educator, designing standards-aligned curriculum and leading professional development initiatives. Working with diverse learners, including multilingual populations, grounded my approach to accessibility, structure, and measurable outcomes.

Graduate study in curriculum and instructional design further strengthened my expertise in learning science, assessment alignment, and scalable program architecture.

Today, I apply those same principles inside enterprise organizations.
