Designing Learning Systems That Scale
Learning is most effective when it is embedded into how organizations operate.
My work focuses on designing learning architectures that connect instruction, reinforcement, and operational execution — enabling teams to develop capability at scale.
Capability 1 — Global Onboarding Architecture
Rapidly growing organizations require onboarding that quickly aligns new team members around product strategy, operational frameworks, and execution expectations.
I designed and delivered a structured onboarding system that combined immersive instruction with scalable learning resources.
Program structure included:
one-week onboarding program
five consecutive days of learning
six to eight hours of learning per day
multiple global cohorts delivered throughout the year
This system ensured new team members could quickly understand frameworks, tools, and organizational priorities.
Capability 2 — Scalable Learning Ecosystems
As organizations expand globally, learning systems must adapt to distributed teams and regional needs.
The onboarding ecosystem expanded to support multiple learning pathways:
instructor-led onboarding cohorts
regionally adapted learning resources
asynchronous onboarding programs for distributed teams
This structure ensured consistent learning outcomes regardless of geography or schedule.
Capability 3 — Knowledge Access & Reinforcement
Learning does not end with onboarding. Teams require ongoing access to resources that support execution and reinforce key concepts.
To support this, I developed a digital resource library that included recorded sessions, asynchronous learning materials, and reference resources that teams could access on demand.
This system allowed individuals to revisit key concepts and engage with content at their own pace while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
Example enablement resource library used to provide on-demand access to recorded sessions, learning modules, and reference materials.
Capability 4 — Technology Enablement
Operational frameworks only work when teams understand how to apply them within the tools they use every day.
In addition to designing learning systems, I led training initiatives that helped sellers navigate and operationalize the revenue technology stack.
These initiatives focused on translating platform capabilities into practical workflows that supported discovery, deal inspection, and pipeline management.
Training initiatives included:
platform navigation and workflow training
discovery documentation and opportunity preparation
integrating operational frameworks into daily tool usage
reinforcing consistent execution across teams
The objective was to ensure that systems and tools supported the way teams actually worked.
Example resource that visualizes how key sales platforms align to the MEDDPICC framework, helping sellers and managers identify where qualification signals and deal evidence live across the revenue tech stack.
Instructional Foundations
My approach to enterprise learning is informed by a background in curriculum design and classroom instruction.
Principles such as backward design, scaffolded learning progression, and accessible instruction translate directly into effective adult learning systems.
These foundations help ensure that learning initiatives focus on measurable outcomes rather than isolated training events.
